Small boy is dropped off after school by taxi, walking towards the kitchen door over the lawn,
in the twilight,
as its snowing (again).......
mum waiting with door wide open and a smile.
Small boy says;
"Its snowing again, you'd think it would be tired by now wouldn't you?”
A priceless moment, I needed a laugh.
Some colour for you today, I got the paints out with the best of intentions,
but I reacted badly to antibiotics Number 4 and spent the afternoon curled up on the sofa with a good book instead.
Trying AB’s Number 5 tonight.
Good luck, Helen, the poet Burns had it right - toothache "the hell o' a' diseases".
ReplyDeleteHelen, you are having a right old time. Fingers crossed these ones work. Keep warm. Hope to see you soon. x
ReplyDeletethe pain you describe in your previous post doesn't sound like a tooth--it sounds like your sinus cavities are backed up. quite possibly your unusual weather hit too hard. would advise going to your gp, then an ear/nose/throat person. have had the exact pain you describe for the past week. it's finally letting up now. lovely shot of your paint pots, btw!
ReplyDeletelove the DS moment Helen. They can come out with right crackers can't they!
